Is Sally Kohn, the gay, moral and gender relativist, threatening the mental and gender stability of her young daughter, who sadly, has been entrusted to her care?

A recent article in the 'Daily Caller' states that Sally Kohn, a gay woman raising a daughter whom she hopes will also turn out gay, is a CNN contributor, an uber liberal network I rarely, if ever watch. She is also a Fox News contributor, on which I have seen her many times, particularly on panel discussion on 'Hannity'. I have always wondered what this 'smarmy', self-important woman, with her fixed, condescending, superior-to-thou, smirk, her cold eyes and her hard Left opinions on most issues, was doing on the conservative FNN; but, no doubt it was FNN striving to be "fair, balanced and unafraid". I had always suspected, in disinterested and casual observation, that she, with her 'boyish' and 'butch' short tousled hair cut and her uber liberalism and feminism was 'gay'; but, I was really not interested enough to care or find out. Today's article provided me with far more information about her than I cared to know. It is sad that a woman with her jaded, morally relativistic, opinions about sexuality and gender identity is legally allowed to raise a daughter who she hopes will 'also turn out gay'. Only the risible CBC would consider this nonsense controversial and only loony Left wing professors would be offended by PJs designed for toddlers, which convert post infant little boys into superheroes and little girls into the women who want to date them. Keep in mind folks that the toddlers who are wearing these PJs, do not read, and even if in a rare circumstance they could, they would not comprehend the significance of the message. This is a well written and even touching song by the great Neil Young; but, one has to keep in mind that his greatness comes not from his naive, uninformed, even flaky grasp of economics and the environment, but rather from his impressive body of creative work and his staying power in a very competitive and often unforgiving industry. You have a right to your opinions Neil, but, many of us with our heads screwed on tight know that your uninformed opinions about the Alberta Oil Sands and the countless lives they improve through the tax revenues they generate, do not amount to a hill of rat droppings simply because you are a famous, singer/songwriter. You are well out of your depth on this one Neil. Finally, the protection of the land is hardly an either/or proposition. It is not a scenario where indolent, uninformed, uneducated, unsophisticated First Nations people living on a reserve, while looking forward to their next government check, are somehow the exclusive (some would say imaginary) protectors of the land. Compared them to all the well trained, highly motivated, scientists and technicians who work for the oil industry and annually crank out sophisticated technology designed at great expense to progressively reduce the carbon imprint at all levels in the oil industry, while allowing this wealth producing industry to continue to survive and thrive. Jen Gerson, in her recent National Post article, wrote the following about the causes of anti-Semitism in the violence experienced during the current French protests. She writes, "The protests come amid growing concerns about rising anti-Semitism in much of Western Europe, but particularly in France, fanned by the strong performance of the far-right National Front party, and a perceived rise in anti-Semitic violence." Let me say, Jen, that political correctness kills. Your politically correct statement conveniently ignores, indeed fails to mention at all, the growing Muslim populations in France now at 10% of their population and growing exponentially. Most of them hail from the Maghreb (various Muslim countries in North Africa) and they do NOT assimilate into mainstream French culture. Do you think, just possibly Jen, that some of the anti-Semitic violence might have been fueled by Muslims, many of whom despise Western culture, including the 'Little Satan", Israel and that there is a large Muslim contingent fanning the flames of violence against the Jews because of the Israelis current incursions against their fellow Muslims in Gaza? Do you think, just possibly, that they might just be part of the problem? Furthermore, Jen, most of the non-Muslim violence in France, as in Canada, comes not from the far Right (and has not since the end of hostilities of WWll) but from the far Left. It is the Islamists and the hard Left who are the allies made in hell, both in much of Europe and North America. Canada's national daily, the Globe and Mail, recently pondered whether or not Canada's dreams of becoming an Energy Super-Power were going up in smoke. I, out of my own frustration with the many obstacles in the way to Canada realising this very realistic dream, considered the following. In a world of vested interests such as OPEC: Big Energy interests in America: the American billionaire backed eco-fascists in the U.S.,: Indigenous Canadians who cannot or will not grasp who and what pays for their ongoing gravy train and could not care less: the hard Left of the Democratic Party of America; a dithering and indifferent President Obama who is out to economically undermine his own country so why would he worry about Canada's economic interests?;, and finally a fatuous WOULD-BE Prime Minister, with the grasp of economics comparable to a tse-tse fly who unfortunately leads the Liberal Party of Canada and who inexplicably struggles to end Canada's hope for energy independence, are we then surprised that the deck is stacked against Canada becoming an energy superpower?
